Dr. Vitelli and his staff are knowledgeable. Helpful, and skilled. The exam was very detailed, and Dr. Vitelli explained everything as he moved through the exam. The staff was polite, efficient, and friendly. I would highly recommend them!
This office is the very definition of great service. There was a problem with one of their labs which delayed the delivery of my glasses. The communication was spot on and demonstrated that they care greatly about their customers. In today's world it is rare that a company responds the way they did and they now have a loyal customer who will recommend them to anyone that will listen.

Dr. Vitelli has been my optometrist for years and I highly recommend him for his eye health exams. He's easy to talk to, thorough with his examinations and explains everything so well. The office also has a beautiful optical shop with the most stylish frames in town. Sasha the optician is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to choosing the perfect pair of frames.
Most recently I've been seeing Dr. Vitelli for the IPL and radio frequency treatments. I took 2-3 sessions but I am starting to see and feel a big difference with my skin tone. I plan to keep coming and I'm excited to see what these treatments can continue to do for me. I highly recommend these treatments. They are are great office.
Snyder and Vitelli live up to their great reviews! Christine at the desk is so welcoming and professional. She immediately sets the tone for a wonderful experience. Dr. Vitelli is easy to talk to, thorough in his examination, patient, and very accommodating. You truly feel like they care about your overall wellbeing. Even the other patients were lovely! It's odd to think of a doctor visit as a relaxing experience but it really was. It almost makes you a little sad when they say your eyes are healthy and you don't have to come back for two years to visit them. I'll certainly be back!

Everyone is friendly and welcoming and genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Vitelli takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain when I have questions. He provides a thorough exam, but explains what to expect (for many with anxiety, this could make the difference between a doctor appointment being actually pleasant, rather than nearly traumatic). Sasha in the eyeglasses department is also awesome - she's got a natural sense of style and will provide honest input about what looks good and what isn't quite right. She's knowledge and eager to assist.
I've been going to Dr. Snyder for many years and have always received excellent care and honest evaluations. The services are excellent and the staff is very helpful and courteous. I recommend Dr. Snyder to anyone in need of an optometrist.
I’ve had a pleasant experience with the staff and the doctor. Nicole, the receptionist is exceptionally good at what she does and super friendly. The doctor is very formal and informational and making sure everything is correct. I will be going back as needed in the future.

Had a very pleasant visit yesterday at Snyder and Vitelli Eye Care. Professional, helpful, nice and quick. I was a patient of Dr. Snyder for many years and was a bit disappointed when he retired, but have definitely appreciated the continued service now with Dr. Vitelli and will continue to use the office's services for many years to come.

Dr Vitelli continues to follow the Snyder mission of being a person for others. I can not recommend Dr. Vitelli and his entire staff enough. I had an emergency eye problem on a Sunday afternoon and Dr. Vitelli was there to take care of the emergency. His staff this entire week has been returning my phone calls and everyone has gone out of their way to help me. Everyone is just SO NICE!! I highly recommend!!!!
I can’t recommend this place highly enough. My glasses broke and even during this crazy time, I was able to get new frames so quickly and easily. Such amazing service and compassion for their patients. I’m very grateful.
As good as it gets is an understatement for this practice. From location (easy parking) to front desk staff, ease of scheduling, and the professionalism and kindness of Dr. Vitelli, I'm incredibly grateful for checking them out for an eye exam. Already referred them to co-workers, friends, and contacts on Cape. Picking up a prescription for glasses next week so will post an update after that next phase of my "vision quest".
